What is MyAppIntegrated's process?  We begin each customer relationship with a Discovery step that identifies the scope, goals, requirements, resources and constraints of the customer's buying decision and implementation situation.  Depending on the scope, we then proceed to Planning the implementation and On-boarding appropriately.  The next step is Configuration, after which we allow for a testing period.  We then make any minor re-calibrations before final Execution.  From beginning to end our process can range from 3 to 90 days, with most initial Set-up and Configurations being completed in 3 to 15 business days depending on customer responsiveness.

How is billing handled?  In an effort to keep all prices affordable and support staff to a minimum, all payments are processed and managed through PayPal or via credit card.  Billing periods are monthly, bi-monthly (every other month), quarterly or annual, and typically end on the 14th or 28th calendar day of the respective period.  Within 3 business days of the end of the billing period, all active accounts will be automatically renewed and processed for payment for the next period to keep services active.  Total Set-Up and Configuration fees in excess of $10,000.00 will be processed in 2 equal monthly payments.

Can I cancel my services?  Services may be canceled online or via email at any time.  Cancellations made within 3 business days of the end of your billing period may auto-renew and you may be billed for an additional period.  Services will remain active through the end of the billing period for all cancellations made prior to 3 business days before the end of your billing period.

Do you give refunds?  We do not offer full refunds of any processed Set-Up and Configurations fees.  We have found that rarely do serious buyers want a refund, but rather effective service and software that meets their needs.

Typically, we allow our customers to use many software services risk-free for up to a 30 day trial period before processing a Subscription fee.  This trial time period is to allow for an active evaluation with guidance from one of our specialists.  We do not offer full refunds of Subscription fees to requests made subsequent to the 30th calendar day of active service.  All refunds may be pro-rated, may incur administrative deductions and will be made on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of MyAppIntegrated.

How much do we charge for custom projects?  We only execute custom projects centered on sales and marketing automation platforms.  We have specific expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, Act-On, SharpSpring, ZOHO and Insightly, and offer Discovery, Planning, Configuration, Integration, Consulting, Execution, Management and Support services for nearly any platform.  For a custom quote complete this form or give us a call, as our on-demand hourly, daily and weekly rates vary significantly depending on the required personnel and project.


 Set-Up, Configuration & Other Fees

Set-Up Fees include: 1) discovery & plan review, 2) account set-up, 3) user set-up, management and routing, and 4) page, domain and IP set-up, routing, filtering and tagging support, as indicated on Our Prices.

Configuration Fees include:  1) discovery & plan review, 2) account set-up, 3) user set-up, management, routing and email client syncing, 4) page, domain and IP set-up, routing, filtering and tagging, 5) tracking code installation support, 6) 3 mapped forms (up to 20 fields total), 7) 3 email tagging deployments, 8) database review (First, Last, Email, Company and 10 custom fields), 9) email address verification, 10) advanced contact segmentation, campaign and attribution set-up, 11) 2 configured sales processes/funnels with up to 5 stages each, 12) up to 5 configured products/services/packages, 13) 3 visitor identification workflows, 14) 3 behavioral or time-based workflows, 15) email integration and 16) CRM integration, as indicated on Our Prices.

Training Fees include:  Up to 3 online training sessions not to exceed 90 minutes each to review effective and efficient usage of the platform(s).

Fast Start Fees include: 8-12 hours per month of consulting, reporting and re-calibration insights or 8-12 hours per month of implementation, administration and automation management services as needed.  (2-month minimum)

Full-Service Fees include: 24-32 hours per month of project-oriented consulting, reporting, re-calibration insights, implementation and automation management services.  (3 month minimum)

Fractional Employee Fees include: 40-80 hours per month of goal-oriented consulting, reporting, re-calibration insights, implementation and automation management services.  (4 month minimum)
